This is a Guide on Placing SEO or Content Article Orders

 

The purpose of this guide is to teach you how to submit articles for SEO or Content orders. This guide should help clients in becoming familiar with the ‘Client Center’ as well as how to write order descriptions and submit their orders. If you have a bulk article order or need article(s) that exceed the 500 word limit, please contact our custom article order department or read the ‘Guide on Placing Custom Orders’.

 

  1. After creating a client user account and receiving an e-mail verifying your account, click ‘Client Login’ on the left-menu bar or the ‘Login’ button on the top menu bar of the homepage. Enter your e-mail and password to be directed to the ‘Client Center’.

 

  1. In the ‘Client Center’, you can view:
    1. ‘Orders’ – article or forum orders that you have placed. These orders may be sorted by Order #, Order Name, the type of order, the job status, or by the last time the order was updated.
    2. ‘Payments’ – the number of credits a client currently possesses and the amount of credits spent per order by date. To purchase more credits, when submitting an order if you do not have enough credits to complete the order you will be prompted to buy more. 1 credit is the same as $1.00.
    3. ‘Profile’ – to update or change the profile name or password

 

 

  1. To submit a new SEO article job, click the ‘Ordering Center’ button. In the ‘Ordering Center’, orders are split into Content Writing and Community Building jobs. Click ‘Order Now’ under SEO Article writing to place an SEO writing order, or ‘Order Now’ under ‘Article Writing’ to place a Content writing order.

 

 

  1. The article writing prices will be displayed based on the number of articles requested. If you are interested in placing a custom order, please contact our sales department.

 

Your article writing order will be complete in 4 steps. Under Step 1, input the ‘Number of Articles’ you would like, the name of the order under ‘Project Name’, and the information you would like the writers to know about your order under ‘Project Description’. Click ‘Next’ to continue. If you are already logged in, you will be redirected to Step 3.

 

  1. In Step 3, you can review and edit the ‘Project Name’ and ‘Project Description’. Before configuring your articles, the number of articles ordered and estimated cost of the total order is listed.

 

To place your article order, you can configure each article one by one. For each article:

    1. In the ‘Article Keywords’ field, please provide keywords, keyword phrases, or topics that you want covered in each article. There should not be more than 5 keyword phrases per article.
    2. In ‘Article Description’, please provide a detailed description on the article that you want written. It is best to give the writers as much direction for the article as possible. Feel free to reference other websites (URLs), past text examples you would like written, or any guidance you think is necessary.
    3. In ‘Article Length’, please select either 250 or 500 word article length. If you need a longer article length, please contact our sales department.

 

 

If you are unsatisfied with any or the article descriptions, you may delete them by clicking the ‘remove’ button.

 

If you request more than the number of articles you specified in Step 1 with the project name and description, you may add additional articles by clicking ‘Add Article’.  (Ex. If you only requested 10 articles in step 1 where you gave the project name and description, and would now like 11 articles, you may click the ‘Add Article’ button to fill in another article keywords, description and length. Your order would now be 11 articles instead of 10)

 

  1. Once you have finished filling out your order, you may click ‘Next’. If you would like to save and submit the order at a later time, you may click ‘Save Order’. The order will be saved in the ‘Client Center’ flagged as ‘Unpaid’. Your order will not be worked on by our writers until your full payment has been received and processed.

 

 

  1. After pressing next, you will be taken to the ‘Confirmation’ screen. This will be your last chance to review your article order before submitting and completing the order. Once you have submitted an order, you will not be able to make any further modifications to that order.

 

You will be able to make any last minute changes to your order and ensure you have enough credits to complete the purchase.

 

Once you are satisfied with your order, click ‘Place Order’.

 

  1. Your order has been placed within our system and writers are now able to claim articles in your order. You will be sent an e-mail within 24 hours confirming the order.
