This is a Guide on How to Place Forum Posting Orders

 

The purpose of this guide is to teach you how to place forum posting orders. This guide should help clients become familiar with the ‘Client Center’ section and submitting forum posting orders. We want to make sure you receive content that is fresh, accurate, and up-to-date for your forum.

 

  1. After creating a client user account and receiving an e-mail verifying your account, click ‘Client Login’ on the left-menu bar or the ‘Login’ button on the top menu bar of the homepage. Enter your e-mail and password to be directed to the ‘Client Center’.

 

  1. In the ‘Client Center’, you can view:
    1. ‘Orders’ – article or forum orders that you have placed. These orders may be sorted by Order #, Order Name, the type of order, the job status, or by the last time the order was updated.
    2. ‘Payments’ – the number of credits a client currently possesses and the amount of credits spent per order by date. To purchase more credits, when submitting an order if you do not have enough credits to complete the order you will be prompted to buy more. 1 credit is the same as $1.00.
    3. ‘Profile’ – to update or change your profile name or password

 

 

  1. To submit a new order, click the ‘Ordering Center’ button. In the ‘Ordering Center’, orders are split into Content Writing and Community Building jobs. Click ‘Order now under Forum Posting to place a forum writing order.

 

  1. Your order will be complete in 3 steps. Under Step 1, you will need to fill out every field to submit your order including:
    1. Forum Name
    2. Forum URL – The link to your forum so our writers can begin posting
    3. Forum Category – Use the drop-down list to best choose the category/subject that your forum is about.
    4. Description – a description of your forum. This will help interested writers in posting on your forum
    5. Select a Package – choose how many posts you need, ranging from 10-700 posts
    6. Subscription Plan? – if you would like to continue ordering posts on a monthly basis, check the subscription plan box to save you the hassle of reordering again
    7. Target Time for completion – from the drop-down list, select the amount of time you would like this order to be completed. We will facilitate completion of your order as quickly as possible according to your time frame. For an order of 700 posts, we suggest allowing our posters/writers at least a month to complete your order
    8. Your Comments/Directions for our writers – Please be as detailed as possible in your comments/direction for our writers. The more specific you are in your instructions, the better the writers will be able to post replies that fit your needs

 

 

  1. Once you have filled in all the required fields, click ‘Next’ to move to the confirmation page or ‘Save Order’.

 

·         If you clicked ‘Next’, this will be the last chance you have to review your order before submission. You cannot make any modifications to your order after it is completed. The confirmation screen should list:

o   Available credits

o   Price of the order

o   Remaining credits after the order is completed

·         If you clicked ‘Save Order’, you may save and return to the order at a later time. To re-access your order, it will be located in the ‘Ordering Center’ under ‘Your Orders’. Its status will remain ‘Unpaid’ until the order is completed. No work will be done on your order till it is paid in full.

 

If you have no further changes, you may submit the order by clicking ‘Place Order’.

 

  1. Your order has been placed within our system and writers are now able to add the forum to their jobs list. Our writers will begin working on your forum order immediately. You will be sent an e-mail within 24 hours confirming the order.
