This is a Guide to Review Articles/How to download articles as text or html

The purpose of this guide is to teach you how to review articles that have been submitted by our writers. ContentCurrent only accepts qualified writers to claim articles they’d like to write about, and allowing from you, the client, to leave feedback during the process. It is important that you receive only articles that match the specifications you provided us.

  1. After logging in to your account from the homepage, you should be directed to the ‘Client Center’ homepage. Under the ‘Orders’ tab, submitted articles should be listed based on the order number and the type of order (article or forum posting). You should have also received an e-mail confirmation each time a new submission for an article has been sent.

  1. Click on ‘Review Submissions’ to review the individual articles from orders you have placed. The articles will be sorted based on the time they were submitted.

To review individual articles, under ‘Actions’, click ‘Review’.

  1. You may read the article either in the current browser window, or you may download the article as a HTML or text file. Reviewing the article for grammar or content errors may be easier to read by downloading the article submission as a text or html file. (NOTE: Please be sure when downloading to SAVE the file to your computer to make changes; not just open the file)

  1. After you have read the article, you may:
    1. ‘Approve’- the article fits the description you provided, with correct grammar and punctuation. After approving the submission, you may download the article for your own use as a text or html file.

    1. ‘Request Modification’ – if there are any errors or the article does not fit the description you provided, you may request a modification to the writer. They will have approximately 48 business hours to make any rewrites based on your specification.

After the second submission, if it is still not to your liking, you may ask for another modification or request to remove the writer from working on this article.  If you remove the writer, they will not have access to work on that article any further, UNLESS they have an overall positive writer score. If they have a negative writer score, the article will be re-released for other writers to work on. ***

***How writers are given feedback and rated***

ContentCurrent’s automatic rating system is similar to a point system. Each time you approve an article, the writer who wrote the article will receive a positive score (or positive point) to their writer rating.

After submitting an article for approval, you may ask for a modification. If the resubmitted content from the writer still does not match what you ordered, you may choose to remove that writer from working on that SPECIFIC article and they will receive a negative point from you. HOWEVER, if a writer still has an overall positive writer score, they may re-claim that specific article to try and write again. Should a writer have more negative points than positive points, the writer will no longer be allowed to claim anymore of your articles.

If you are consistently having trouble with a certain writer/writers, please help us remove these writers from our writer’s base by contacting our helpdesk.
